Formed in 1999, the Choral Society of Northeast Pennsylvania is the largest of its kind in the region. The society produces quality performances and choral music education in order to promote the choral arts in society. Eight ensembles are sponsored for singers ages five through adult.

Since its creation in 1972, the NEPA Philharmonic has performed a delightful blend of everything from symphonic shows to pop-themed performances. It Regularly performs in two facilities, the Scranton Cultural Center at the Masonic Temple and the F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts in Wilkes-Barre.
